Ideal for scheduled tasks like system setup, maintenance, or troubleshooting, this service is not intended for Same-Day On-Site Support (SOS), which is available 24/7, including after hours, or with prior notice. Our skilled technicians will ensure your systems are well-maintained and functioning at their best, with flexible scheduling that suits your needs.
Cancellation policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days/48 Hours before the beginning of your appointment.
Service Appointments are 100% non-refundable as technicians have set aside this specific time for you, and any cancellations would result in a loss of revenue for the business. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so clients have the option to reschedule their appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. This allows us to accommodate any necessary changes while still maintaining the integrity of our scheduling system.
